Though some Cyborgs are cooperative, many others are labeled extremely dangerous and have bounties on them in certain regions – Deemed a major threat, they have remained deep in the artic for most of their existence. The only discernable task from the actions of the cyborgs are that they are adapting for it’s own survival and since the start of its campaign the Cyborg City has developed into an experiment of ever morphing beings, beliefs, and only the dead or the assimilated know beyond that.
